How SkyWi delivers its Internet and Broadband connectivity depends on your location and which company you were originally associated with.
For customers of ZiaNet your connectivity is generally via DSL, T1 or Metro Ethernet in someplaces.
For customers of OneConnect IP your connectivity is generally via DSL, T1 or Metro Ethernet in someplaces.
For customers of SkyWi (Texas) your connectivity is generally via unlicesned wireless service.
CityLink does not provide wireless service and regrets it is unable to provide broadband connectivity for the SkyWi (Texas) customers.
For all other customers, CityLink can provide Internet via DSL, T1, T3, ATM, OC-x, and Metro Ethernet connections. In many cases we own the fiber optic infra-structure that will be used to provide your connectivity.
Our Internet backbone is carrier grade and highly reliable. We are multi-homed and have diverse physical, optical, electrical and IP routing paths to the Internet. Multiple OC-12 connections allows us to have the bandwidth you need, when you need it.
CityLink is a MegaHost partner with Qwest and can provide DSL service using Qwest as the DSL loop provider.
CityLink can provide Internet services in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, and Idaho via our extensive inter-carrier agreements.
