Time is critical. It is uncertain if the United States Federal Court will grant SkyWi an injunction and thus prevent Qwest from disconnecting services. If the Court does not grant an injunction we estimate that Qwest will begin disconnecting services within 10 days. You could loose service by February 21, 2009.
